My "wild and crazy" guy

When I came home Thursday from work, Dad called out to me that he had a crazy idea. He suggested that we go out to eat....dessert. He said when we do eat out we don't have room for dessert so...we went and had dessert. We went up to the Double O Grill(formerly, for those who remember, the Rolling Rock Cafe). I checked their menu on line and saw that they had an impressive dessert menu. http://www.doubleogrill.com/DessertsWapp.pdf
Dad had the Death by Chocolate Cake and I had the Giant Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich. My eyes bugged out when the waitress was bringing it to the table! Imagine a brownie approx. 5 inches square with 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream, hot fudge somewhere in there and another brownie on top of the ice cream and a big glob of fresh whipped cream!!!! What a sin. I couldn't eat the whole thing. I don't know how people would be able to eat a meal and then have some dessert. Impossible!!

Nightwish pics

Ok so I had a hard time choosing but hey it's not all 200. It's not like you really care about the pics but whats a blog with out pics and I wanted to share my fun.

Nightwish Concert

So last night was amazing. I literally can't explain it. mom will probably freak when she reads this next comment... I guess the closest thing I can describe it as is being like a really amazing religious experience like being touched from God. something to that effect that you get in your stomach. I get that alot when I'm at concerts, but this was the most amazing one. I have been waiting a long time to see them and never thought I ever would in the United States. Let alone did I ever think they would come as close as they did.

Here's a little story from last night while I was waiting in line. I got there at about 6:30 thinking I would only have a half hour to wait before the doors opened cause they said they were supposed to open at 7. well no. they didn't open til 8. while waiting in line they came around and said that camera's weren't allowed and if you had a camera you had to go put it back in your car. I originally was just gonna hide my camera and if they saw it when they checked bags I was gonna hand them my batteries. but then I decided I would put my camera away. so I asked some one to hold my place while I ran back to my car. and put it in. literally 10 minutes after I got back in line the security guards came around and said cameras were ok now. once they said that a ton of people yelled at the same time and voiced their opinion in so many words. so I ran all the way back to my car again and retrieved my camera. I was a little annoyed. I thought I wasn't going to have any pics to blog. but thank goodness they were allowed. now I have almost 200 to blog............. NOT!! I'm not gonna subject you to all of them. I'll just post a few of the best shots. thats going to be hard since I took so many amazing pics.
