Well, for those who prod me to blog more, and you 2(C & L)know who you are, here is my latest. I thought I'd add my dinner picture for viewing. It's not healthy, but it was quick and tasty actually. The best part was the "Fanizzi" potatoes. I know you've heard Dad, over the years, rave about the potatoes our landlady in Syracuse would make. Very Italian, she seasoned them and tossed them with olive oil and baked in the oven. He took over the cutting of the potatoes because they have to be just the right size ;0)

That was Kate's doing. She was my photographer. I turned around and "snap" it was a done deal. I asked her why she put it in the photo and she said she needed to fill that space! We didn't even use butter for the meal.
