What a celebration it was!! 100 years of one of the best cookies ever made. I couldn't believe I finally found some Hydrox cookies today. Limited edition too. Well, after dinner you know what I did....ripped that baby open and enjoyed a few of the tasty creations. I really prefer these over Oreo's. I thought they went out of business. I hope they stay around and are easily found for the late night snacks we succumb to much too often!!

Sorry, Ruth, that you haven't been able to find us... we've been sitting on the grocery shelf waiting for you. In fact, we've been around for 100 years. Yes, I know we haven't commented on your blog, but we're small and round and have a hard time with the keyboard. So glad we could reconnect.
