Birthday Gift From My Husband

This is the metal top table(I think it's also called enamel) Fred bought me at the Stormville Flea Market a few weeks ago. It's black and white with a little red showing under the dings and chips on the base. It has 2 leaves that slide out. I have one pulled out here. We're guessing it's from the 30's or 40's. I love the detail. That's why I have a closeup so you can see it too. The woman at the booth where we bought it said this is the most detailed one she has seen. This table is smaller than the one that it replaced so it makes for a little more room in my kitchen. Now I have to replace the chairs. As you can see, the brown ones just don't go!

Love it. The detail is amazing! There is no way I would have been able to imagine it without the pictures.

Love your table, it's just sooo cute. Do NOT replace your chairs, paint them! :)

I've never seen such a unique table before! Love it! I agree with Gail - paint your chairs black and you'll have a matching set. :)
